Home on The Farm

Lucky Field Organics was started in 2003 on one acre of land with a garden cart and a rototiller. In the spring of 2004 we began with a six person CSA share program, restaurant sales and a Farmer's Market. Since then, Lucky Field Organics has grown from that 1-acre plot of land to 12 acres of cultivated fields on a 47 acre farm.

We have updated our website and you are now able to buy everything we have available at the farm from our newly opened on line store. We have Fresh greens from the greenhouses and we still have storage and root crops from our root cellars and we are adding things every week.  You just order online by Tuesday at noon and pick up at the farm on Thursdays. Click on the On Line Store link and come in and visit. See what we have today.

2015 marks the eleventh year of our CSA share program and we are making some improvements to our CSA format. We are focusing our CSA program on providing shares to give you a wide variety of fresh local food from June through December. The “Summer” CSA from June 11 to September 17 and our Fall CSA from September 26 through to December 19 together are meant to expand the traditional timeframe for your CSA share through to the end of the year.  Both seasons will be filled with our seasonal produce and will reflect our increased focus on providing a wide variety of food for both seasons. We have expanded what we will be growing in the fall and the shares will contain more greens and main season vegetables as well as the storage and root crops. Join with us this year and enjoy the benefits on your table every week.
